Gefran S.p.A. specializes in the design, manufacturing and marketing of automation components and equipment used in industrial process control and management. Net sales break down by family of products as follows:
- sensors (63.2%): pressure transducers and transmitters, linear position sensors, weight sensors, moisture sensors, etc.;
- automation components (36.8%): modular power controllers, operator panels, digital timers and counters, regulators, etc. The group also provides turnkey automation systems.
At the end 2022, the group had 12 production sites worldwide.
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Italy (33.5%), European Union (27.3%), Europe (3.6%), Asia (21%), North America (10%), South America (4.2%) and others (0.4%).
